APC 2021 is Going Virtual
Hello USANA family,
With the ever-changing ways in which we are all adapting our business model, I wanted to take a moment to update you on some exciting developments on how USANA is pushing new frontiers within our events strategy.
As many of you would have seen during the recent Americas and Europe Virtual Convention, we were able to transform the long-standing traditions of an in-person event, into a cutting-edge hybrid model, that combined the best of the “real” and “virtual” world. It was an overwhelming success, with this online medium creating new opportunities for us to interact with one another and share USANA with more friends and families across countries, regions, and the world. Registration and participation records were broken, and the feedback has been overwhelming!
While we would like to think we can go back to how things were in years past, our new reality is that what we produced for the Americas and Europe event, is a platform that is now part of our cross border and major events plan of action for the foreseeable future. So, after careful consideration, we’ve made the decision to move forward with a virtual event for our 2021 AP Convention in place of an in-person event.
Tickets that were purchased for the in-person event in Korea have been automatically refunded, and we’ve provided more information about how this will work below.
We look forward to celebrating with you at our first ever Asia Pacific Virtual Convention next year! Watch for more details soon on how you can register for this special event.
Thank you for all you do to create the healthiest family on earth.
Sincerely,
David Mulham
Chief Sales Officer
