TRANSFER or REFUND tickets
With the cancellation of our 2020 AP Convention in Korea we have 2 options going forward.
If you choose to transfer to our 2021 event, you will no longer be eligible for a refund on your tickets
If you choose to transfer you will still have the ability to re-assign tickets through the Hub
All tickets not requested for refund by 27th March, 2020 will automatically be transferred to the 2021 event
If you choose to cancel and re-purchase later this year your tickets will be eligible for refund under the 2021 event policy, providing tickets are available
For refund requests please provide the following information to your local Customer Service Department
For all other enquiries please contact your local Customer Service Department
- Cancel your tickets in full with 100% refund
- You will be required to request your refund no later than 27th March, 2020 through your local Customer Service Department
- 5 Packs cannot be split – all 5 tickets will be refunded
- Cancellations will only be refunded to original credit card
- Transfer your ticket to our 2021 AP Convention also being held in Korea on 22nd – 24th April, 2021
- If you have not requested a refund by 27th March, your tickets will automatically be transferred to the 2021 Event
- 5 Packs cannot be split – all 5 tickets in the pack will transferred
